QS Leadership Career Forums

What are Leadership Career Forums?

Leadership Career Forums are a unique programme of careers events for graduates and professionals focused on promoting diversity in corporate leadership.

Devised and managed by one of the world’s leading careers groups, QS, the aim of the events is a highly ambitious, yet realistically achievable one - to identify, encourage and promote the next generation of corporate leaders among men and women and ethnic minorities right across the World.

Who takes part?

The events bring together ambitious candidates - final year university students, new graduates, early career movers and MBAs - and major employers, such as Accenture, GE, Morgan Stanley, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Shell. Individuals attend by invitation only and there is a rigorous process of pre-selection to ensure the highest quality of participants.

What happens at the events?

Each event comprises workshops and seminars on topics such as how to develop leadership skills and overcome stereotypes, personal development sessions from career management professionals and presentations by participating companies.

Is it new?

The programme follows on from the success of the Women in Leadership forums, staged in the UK and accross Europe and Russia since 2003, in partnership with Handelsblatt, The Independent, and other international media.

Where do events take place?

The programme features events in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Munich, Frankfurt, Moscow and New York.
